My baby books are inspired by and mainly dedicated to my baby boy. That's why the topics and the style will "grow" with him.

For now I am interested in picking scientific topics and illustrate them so that they are interesting to baby eyes.

 

Because when they are born, babies see everything quite blurry and only contrasts are clearly visible to them. That's why my characters and objects are outlined with a heavy black stroke.

 

When they grow a little older, they start to see colours followed by patterns. That's why the colours in my books are mainly flat and bright colours and there are some rough patterns that babies will find attractive.
